Take another look at our footage of Britney being wheeled into Cedars Sinai last night - as you can see, her arms remain down at her sides the entire time that she's visible.

We didn't see her flipping anyone off inside the ambo, either - this one picture's about as close as she came. As you can see, it's hardly conclusive!
