Britney's Been Spotted - In New Sex Tape?

That's right, another supposed Britney sex tape has reportedly surfaced - and this one apparently involves a cast of four!
According to Fox News, a sex tape hit the web Wednesday that featured a bald Britney with two women and one man. Fox goes on to describe that the video shows a "dazed [B]ritney" drinking, smoking pot and snorting cocaine.
This is probably about the 50th Britney sex tape rumor making the rounds...you think there's any truth to it?
