Sarah Michelle Gellar looked like she was breathing easy at the "Air I Breathe" premiere in Hollywood Tuesday night in this drapey bright turquoise frock.
Do we love it or hate it?
I think the striking turquoise with the gold accent is gorgeous on her, but I'm not so sure about the messy updo!
