Well, apparently both happened last weekend at the Beatrice Inn in New York!

The New York Daily News is reporting that Lohan was spotted downing "at least two" vodka cocktails Friday night while partying with Stavros and Hills Lothario Brody Jenner.

Initial reports (which were subsequently denied) had Lohan hooking up with Jenner - but the Daily News' source saw Lindsay "all over Stavros"!

Those same reports also characterized Lindsay as getting a little wild, claiming she went "berserk" and snapped at shutterbugs on her way to her car.

We saw Lindsay out the next night - stone sober and sans Stavros.

So just what went down? We're not sure, but one thing's for certain: Paris is gonna be pissed!
