Is Britney Becoming A Muslim?

Is Britney Spears converting to Islam? (Or is Adnan converting to Christianity??? - A Muslim wearing a Catholic rosary???!!!) The British press sure seems to think so!

First, News of the World concludes a report on Britney and Adnan with the salacious tidbit that the pop princess "has told friends she is prepared to embrace Islam to spend her life with Ghalib."

Interestingly, the magazine doesn't attribute a source to their information, although it does quote a source close to the Ghalib family as saying that "Although [Adnan]'s father has disowned him, there is still a way back—if Britney became a Muslim and they got married."

Still, that didn't stop word from getting around - now the Sun is sponsoring a discussion on their website about whether Islam will help the pop princess!

We, however, think it's BS - none of our sources have given us any indication that Britney's got plans to convert in the future.

Sounds like the British rags are as desperate for a story as Adnan is!
