Miley Cyrus has joined the parade of stars who have been commenting on the state of Britney Spears. But as a 15-year-old top selling artist and star of her own series, Miley is in a unique position to know whereof she speaks.

"If I didn't have them [my family], I'd probably be in the same position," she tells Extra. "You just got to know who your true friends are and I think for me, is my mom. If you have sisters, I mean any girls that are in your family, that can understand and relate to you, I think is the best.”

Course, Miley's still young and bright-eyed - remember Brit at that age? Maybe she should revisit the topic in ten years!
