No Charges For Britney!

Despite the chaos that was last night, The Insider is reporting that the LAPD is not "charging her with anything at this time," says an officer. "She is at the (hospital) for her own health and welfare."
Do you think she should be charged for anything? Or is her own mental recovery more important now?
