When People.com licensed the set-up pix of Britney and Adnan "shopping" for pregnancy tests, did they fall for Adnan's trick?! Or, more likely, were they aware that the shot was a set-up and do they just not give a sh*t?!

Meanwhile, OK Mag's got another personal photo of Britney on their cover! The mag got hold of Britney's own personal family photos, paid off the photog who took them and the mag has put them on the cover twice now! Regardless of confidentiality agreements, is it kosher to go after these personal pix?

Are the magazines getting so wound up by Britney-mania that they're starting to publish stories they know aren't true? With pictures snagged through back-door deals?

Are the mags losing their credibility?
