X17online can report exclusively that Britney and paparazzo Adnan Ghalib have been together almost since Brit left Cedars Medical Center yesterday morning.
Adnan whisked Brit away to a 'safe house' yesterday where no one (except X17) could find them. Then, they slipped out later in the afternoon and have ended up at Shutters Hotel in Santa Monica.
We're waiting and watching!

He said Britney's latest assistant Karla was making things worse for Britney -- not watching her and monitoring her as she should have been.
And Sam said he is worried about Adnan's influence over Britney -- he firmly believes Adnan has ulterior financial motives and that Adnan does NOT have Brit's best interests in mind.
