X17 can Xclusively report that the In Touch Weekly story about Britney Spears penning a suicide note days before being rushed to Cedars Sinai is "absolutely, 100% NOT true," Brit's pal Sam Lutfi tells X17online.
Well, that's a relief! We're very, very glad Britney was never in such a sad state that she just wanted to "rest in peace."
