Brit's conservatorship case was rejected by Federal Judge Philip Gutierrez today.

Papers were filed by attorney Jon Eardley last week, who claims to be Brit's counsel and to "have spoken with her on several occasions."

Jamie's lawyer, and co-conservator, Jeffrey Wexler has said that "there is no federal jurisdiction to address a conservatorship," and it seems Gutierrez agreed.

The case will be back in state court on March 10th.
