Britney Spears britcourt.jpg We've received word that Britney Spears' scheduled hearing has gotten underway - the court pushed the start time back from 1:30 to 1:55.

Our source also reports that Britney's court-appointed attorney Samuel Ingham has been facing lots of questions about whether Britney's controversial friend Sam Lutfi has been served, although so far he's refused to respond to any of them.
