Celebrity Street Style: Do You Love Love's Look?

To say it's a vast improvement from last year's post-Oscar party look is an understatement. But it does seem like she was clinging to some sort of 80s prom theme last night at FoxTail - the strapless bodice, the ruffles, the big bangs.
And just what's going on with that top, anyhow? Is that little glimpse of white supposed to be peeking out?
Whaddya think - is Courtney's outfit solid gold?
Or does it need to go back to the decade from whence it came?
