Our radars started going off when we noticed the pop starlet wearing a suspiciously bulky jacket over her otherwise-tight-fitting dress. Counterproductive, no?

Well, that's what we were thinking - until we spotted the bump on her belly once she was inside! (You can clearly see Brit's curious protruberance 35 seconds into our footage below, as well as flashes of it elsewhere throughout the clip.)

Might Sean and Jayden be getting a younger sibling? Could this development have prompted Britney's S.O.S.? Will Adnan have to change his name to Dadnan? We'll let you know as soon as we find out!
