The Sun is reporting that William Spears, Brit's uncle, has said that Brit's now pregnant sis Jamie Lynn was unplanned just like her own unborn baby!

The guy doesn't have Britney's millions; he's just "country," living in a trailer somewhere in Louisiana -- so could it be that he's spouting these quotes for some media $$$?

Anyway, according to The Sun, Willy Spears says Brit and Jamie Lynn's dad Jamie was shocked when he found out his then-wife Lynne was pregnant again, because he had a vasectomy after the birth of Brit!

Then, as a show of solidarity with his wife, the couple decided not to do a DNA test but to name the kid Jamie Lynn in honor of what he believed they had miraculously created together, despite is operation. Awwww!!!
