Lenny Kravitz LKRAVITZ121507_01.jpg Sad news, rock fans - Lenny Kravitz was admitted to a Miami hospital yesterday with a severe case of bronchitis.

Reuters reports that the rocker had been fighting a respiratory infection since mid-January, which has since evolved into Lenny's more serious current condition.

"He was taken this morning to the emergency room at Mount Sinai Hospital in Miami for immediate treatment," a spokesman for the hospital told Reuters.

Hospital officials refused to release details on Kravitz' condition or plans for treatment, confirming only that Lenny's "extreme dehydration and fatigue"

"Due to extreme dehydration and fatigue, doctors were unable to control it with outpatient treatment and advised the singer to check into the hospital," a hospital spokeswoman said in a prepared statement.

Unfortunately, it looks like Kravitz' ailment will keep him from a European tour of The Love Revolution, which was released only last week.

Guess Lenny's European fans are going to have to wait a little while to see if Lenny's gonna come their way!
