Mischa Barton was charged with four criminal counts yesterday, related to her DUI arrest in December:

  • one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • one misdemeanor count of driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08% or higher

  • one count of being an unlicensed driver

  • one count of possession of marijuana


A hearing has been set for February 28.
