Spencer "Tool" Pratt and Heidi "Annoying" Montag (j/k!) from The Hills staged a kiss in front of Kitson yesterday where they bought wedding stuff.
Meanwhile, MTV posted an extended preview of the reality show - which returns March 24th. Get ready for all the drama!
