Lindsay and this mystery man were spotted having a romantic Valentine's Day dinner at Madeo Thursday night.
Already a pro after only one date, Lohan's man thought on his feet and used some evasion techniques as soon as he saw our cameras!
But being caught on tape must not have put a damper on the evening - cuz after dinner the pair jetted over to The Four Seasons!
No word on whether or not they spent the night there together!
