After a night of drinks and smokes (we're not talking about cigarettes, though!) with pal Paris, we spotted Lindsay Lohan lookin' fierce on her phone in Hollywood. Hot skirt, too! We love that colorful pattern.
Does this mean LiLo hasn't really recovered? Or was she just having a fun night out with friends and everyone needs to relax?
