Media-loving couple Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have consistently proven their affection for attention. So why, when we spotted them at the cleaners in Hollywood yesterday, are they hiding their faces from the cameras?
Thank god Spencer is still the same! But what about Ms. Montag?
