Paris Hilton PHILTON022708_07.jpg Now that the writers strike has finally been resolved, Hollywood can get back to the business of pumping out parts for the stars you love to see - like Paris Hilton!

The AP is reporting that the celebutante has been tapped to play, er, herself during an upcoming episode of the hit NBC comedy My Name Is Earl. Her part will come during a dream sequence in the hour-long April 4th season premiere.

"When we wrote the role of Paris Hilton in the script, we weren't exactly sure who to go with for the role," said Earl's executive producer Greg Garcia. "But after an exhausting search we finally settled on a relatively unknown actress by the name of Paris Hilton."

Sounds like they picked themselves a winner - after all, it's the role Paris was born to play!
