Nicky Hilton's outfit yesterday came thiiiiiiiiis close to monochromatic - but the hotel heiress seems to have quit trying around ankle level! (Not that we're dissing Nicky's cute pink shoes, of course - we're just wondering why she didn't finish out the look!)
