It may have been Benji Madden's birthday earlier this week, but Paris Hilton clearly saved one of the best gifts for herself - that gorgeous dress!Seriously, the pattern, the cut, all of it - we just can't stop staring at it! (Plus it went with all the ice Paris was rocking too - but then again, what dress doesn't?)
