Reuters is reporting that Lutfi has agreed to stay away from Britney for thirty more days while lawyers attempt to sort out just how much access to the pop princess he'll be allowed to have.

The agreement came mere hours before this afternoon's scheduled hearing, where it was widely believed that the restraining order against Lutfi would be the main topic to be discussed. Lutfi's acquiescence to the extension means that the terms of the temporary order stay in place for the moment, according to Lutfi's spokesman Michael Sands.
