Fourth time's the charm?
We spotted 21-year-old actress Lindsay Lohan looking like this, sadly, after yet another night of hard partying in NYC at the Hawaiian Tropic Club.
Not ONLY does this remind us of when LiLo collapsed in the front seat of a car last May, but both times were after a night of clubbing with BFF Samantha Ronson!
Seriously, Lindsay, pull it together.
