At first, most of the conversation centered around the rumors that Rudolph had returned as the pop princess' manager - rumors which Larry flatly denied. "I've seen her a few times over the last week - I've gone up to the house, sat with her," Rudolph told Seacrest. "But this isn't a time to talk business with her. This is a time for her to get better."

Fortunately, Rudolph pointed out, it seems that lately, Britney's been doing just that! He raved about her appearance on HIMYM, describing it as "fantastic" and suggesting that Brit might want to take a few similar roles in the near future.

Still, Rudolph urged his former client to be cautious, suggesting that she "move very slowly - there's nothing she needs to do right now that needs to happen immediately."

But overall, Larry seemed bullish on Britney's chances to regain her former stature, claiming he's never seen a celebrity poised for a bigger comeback. "What she needs now," he opined to Seacrest, "is for the public to be on her side and root for her - because she deserves it!"
