Lindsay Draws a Crowd

Lindsay Lohan, wearing her signature leggings, lunching at one of her fave LA eateries, got understandably upset when a photog parked right next to her table, and called the cops.

As one of our photogs says in the video below, that no-no "is paparazzi 101"!

After having a few words with the cops (who in turn had a few words with the paps), Lilo and friends, including the inseparable Sam, eventually got an escort to their car.

It's not easy being Lindsay!
