Three Month-Old Harlow Says Hi?!

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have apparently spawned a super-genius child!
UsMagazine.com reports that the couple's little baby Harlow said, "Hi!" to her grandma Brenda Richie!
Momma Richie told the mag's reporter at the ASCAP Pop Awards last night that Harlow blurted it out one day and that the baby constantly tries to talk to Nicole! The proud grandparent also said Harlow's trying to crawl!
She'll be playing an instrument by age 2 and she'll join Good Charlotte by the time she's 5!
