Diva Dion is in Paris to receive the French Legion of Honor from President Sarkozy next week and boy does she seem happy to be back to civilization after five years in Vegas!
Finally, the capital of couture and the George V hotel after a five-year sentence to desert hell, the ended in December, with the expiration of her contract at Caesar's. But hey she picked up $100 million while she was there so she's got a little pocket change to spend in the City of Lights!
