We spotted The Dutchess out and about in NYC lookin' anything but basic in black when she accidentally tripped on her heels... whoops! Careful, girl - don't wanna hurt yourself! Maybe it's time for a new set of shoes?
Ya know, ones that aren't so hard to walk in!
