No, the baby didn't come early -- this is JL's cousin Jessica's baby Lilly and the pic was taken on Thursday. But Jamie Lynne did clean up at her baby shower today at her mom's home in Kentwood, Louisiana.
Looks like JL is feeling maternal and perhaps getting in a little practice for her impending mommyhood!
