What, you thought she permanently switched to jeans?
We spotted our favorite rehabber out and about in Hollywood with her assistant yesterday, and this time she wore her signature black leggings! (Same jacket as last time, but no jeans.) Think she started wearing denim in the first place because Sam wears it so much?
By the way, LiLo looks skinny! Guess we know why she loves her leggings!
