Both Britney (with attorney Blair Berk), her father and Mark Vincent Kaplan have left the courtroom, presumably to take a bathroom break, and X17online's reporter says Brit's looking very relaxed and confident (as she did on the way into court earlier this morning) walking down the hallway.

All parties have just returned to the court and it seems that the proceedings will go on for a while, so stay tuned to X17, will bring you the results as soon as we got 'em!
