Britney Spears may have spent yesterday afternoon getting ready to work - but her son Sean Preston was hard at play!We caught Brit's first son and his nanny leaving My Gym yesterday afternoon. Man, Sean Preston's really growing up, huh? And right in front of our eyes, too!
SP may be getting older - but he's still a cute kid!
