Who's Mario's Mystery Maiden?

Although we've been hearing rumors about Mario Lopez hooking back up with his old DWTS sweetie Karina Smirnoff, we're finding them a little hard to believe - after all, we caught Mario out at Beso with a new, non-Karina chick just last night! Sorry, Karina - but after that TV Guide cover, you had to know someone was going to snap your ex up!We also happened to catch Mario's buddy Eva Longoria out at Beso, as well as Alli Sims and Jermaine Dupri at FoxTail. Heck, we even spotted Shauna Sand out on the town - not that we could have missed her, of course!
