She'll be back in a Van Nuys courtroom on October 15th--that's when her trial for driving without a license is scheduled to begin.

The charge stems from this little parking malfunction last year when Brit ran her Mercedes into a parked car.





But it's not 100% certain that the trial is going to happen. Brit's lawyers are meeting on October 8th and they could (finally!) sort this thing out then.
