Did Brad Rush Home To Save Angie From Postpartum Depression?

Last night, we got these XCLUSIVE pix of Brad Pitt rushing home from Toronto to be with his family.

Now, In Touch claims that it may have been more serious than just a case of Brad missing his brood.

An insider reveals that since the birth of her twins, Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline,

“She [Angelina] has been staying in bed most of the time. All she does is nap. She has little or no appetite and has to force herself to remember to eat because she is still breast-feeding.”

And her "depression" and "mood swings" has begun to affect the family.

“She cries at the drop of a hat and laughs at inappropriate times. Her mood swings have been hard on the entire family.”

Apparently, it's also affecting her relationship. Brad and Angie have apparently been fighting frequently. One area of contention? The fact that Brad's left on several occasions. Says the source,

“Angie is fed up and wishes he’d stick around more.” Although Brad went solo to Toronto, he did bring Pax and Maddox with him to the Venice Film Festival. “He decided it would be a good break — not only for Angelina, but also for the boys.”

But the day before Venice, Angie had apparently reached her breaking point.

“[Angelina] burst into tears and told him, ‘I can’t do this anymore.’”

But does this really sound like Angelina? She's got beautiful kids, a great husband, an amazing house, and more than enough money to hire the help she needs.

Plus, somehow, we think Angelina would be strong enough to tell Brad to stay home if she didn't think she could handle things! Then again, postpartum is pretty serious, and can hit anyone, but we're confident Angie will make it through!
