Lindsay Stands Up For A Cure, Shows Off Engagement Ring???

Lindsay Lohan, Chace Crawford, Dina Lohan and a few other stars attended the Stand Up For A Cure 2008 Concert Series the other night in NYC. Julia Roberts hosted the event and Dave Matthews Band performed, but what really caught everyone's attention was the rock Lindsay proudly displayed on her left hand. We haven't seen Linds wear this heart shaped bauble before, so now we're wondering if Sam popped the question. Is it or isn't it an engagement ring?
