WTF is She Hiding?

Cameron Diaz was desperately trying to cover the left side of her face/neck going into the gym, coming out of the gym, and going into a medical building. What do you think she was hiding?
A) A zit.
B) A bruise.
C) A hickey.
Or maybe she's developed a bad case of Amy Winehouse's impetigo?
