WTF is Jess Wearing?

I know some people have issues with Jessica Simpson, but I think she's one of the most naturally gorgeous women in Hollywood.

That being said, she can sometimes eff up her natural good looks with bad hair, bad makeup and/or bad outfits. This one is the latter.

Forget the fact that she's wearing an unflattering top over leggings that make her look like she's trying to hide a baby bump (or at least a food baby!), but it's over 90-friggin' degrees in LA today, and she's in all black!
