X17's reporter in the court room says that during her attorney's closing argument, J. Michael Flanagan said that although Britney's primary residence is in Louisiana, she remains in California because "she's just here trying to get her kids back."

Arguing for his client's consideration of Louisiana as her home state (where Jamie testified she's currently building a new home), Flanagan said that "she's been hospitalized, she's been driven crazy, do you blame her for wanting to go home?"
