Miley Cyrus and her gal pals hit up CT Nails III yesterday evening, and the Disney princess was uncharacteristically camera shy! She gave us a hello, but she didn't flash her signature peace sign. Maybe she was having an off day? Hey, at least she didn't hide behind her monstrous Louis Vuitton speedy bag!
