X17 XCLUSIVE: It Was A Bad Hair Day For Everyone...

Gusty winds yesterday made it difficult for anyone to have a good hair day, and unfortunately Jessica Biel was walking with the wind, so rather than looking like someone from a Pantene commercial, she ended up with these shots. Despite the fact that Jessica's hair is being blown in every direction, she still looks damn good - we love the peacoat and pumps!
