Nicky Hilton was spotted leaving the Neil George salon in Beverly Hills yesterday rocking some short shorts and a basic black cardigan. Seriously, does this girl ever pick a bad outfit? She always dresses so classy and chic, we're having a hard time remembering the last time she wore something disastrous!
