Don't you hate it when pretty girls just don't (or can't) dress well? Ugh.
Mischa Barton is a pretty girl. Whatever, you know she is! I'm not going to even comment on the top half of this "outfit" - it's too much of a mess. But really... those pants... they're too tight! Mischa needs to be wearing skirts that show off her long legs but cover her thighs. This isn't rocket science, people!
