Britney Spears BritneyCourtMonday200.jpg Attorneys for Wright Entertainment Group were in an LA courtroom today to ask a judge to allow Britney Spears to give a videotaped deposition in their suit against the singer for unpaid management fees.

Johnny Wright, Brit's former manager, claims Spears owes him a percentage of her income through 2008, even though Brit dropped Wright as her manager in 2006.

Attorney's for Britney's conservatorship are fighting the request for a videotaped deposition saying she's not well enough to give a deposition and over fears the tape could be leaked. Instead, they're offering to allow Spears to give a written deposition. However, Wright's attorneys counter that since Britney has been making public appearances and performing, she's well enough to give a videotaped deposition.

In the end, the judge decided to hold off on ordering Spears to give a deposition and promised to revisit the matter at a later date.
