Amanda Bynes is adorable and sweet, and the last thing I'd ever want to do is compare her to Khloe Kardashian, but with an outfit like this, I just can't help it. Amanda was at Fred Segal in Santa Monica last night, and she rocked a skirt and jacket combo very similar to one we've already seen.
