Are things heating up between Miley and Justin?

The soon-to-be sweet sixteen-year-old and her older man hit the movies last night (what else is he gonna do with a 15 yo?) to take in a showing of High School Musical 3.

When they left the theater, Miley was sporting a rose from a fan (awwww!) and a ring! Could things be getting serious so soon?
