Surfers Plead Not Guilty in Malibu Pap Attack

Two, so-called, 'surfers' have pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor battery charges in a beach brawl captured on videotape.
Skylar Peak and Philip Hildebrand are accused of assaulting photographer Richid Altmbareckouhammou and hurling his camera into the ocean as he tried take pictures of a surfing Matthew McConaughey.
In video of the June incident taken by an X17 photographer, the beer-bellied 'surfers' can be seen taunting and shouting obscenities at the paps, before several of the men start grabbing a photog's gear and smashing it into the ground.
